All staff involved with my case were absolutely fantastic. Communication with me was always regular and detailed, and there was a very personal touch with the service. I was given complete dedication and care from day one. They inspired great confidence through their knowledge and detailed explanation of every step and possible outcome. They believed in me and took a very serious approach to the whole process, which over almost 4 years from contacting them to resolution of my case, resulted in the best outcome I could have hoped for.
